![]() So, the first thing we did was, we introduced a telemedicine platform through a company called Practo, for all our employees who could interact with any doctor and could get any medicine at home. And when I'm talking about health, I'm not only talking about the physical health, but I'm also talking about the mental health of our employees. So, we said this is one area where we need to do multiple things. There was not much of relaxation and everybody's screen time had increased quite a lot. There was nothing else which was happening and they were not able to go out. The only people they interacted with were their immediate family members in their house and they saw them day in and day out. They did not have physical interaction with other people, or even with their colleagues. The only thing they were doing was working. I think the biggest challenge in the year 2020 was ensuring the health and safety of our employees working in a remote environment. We had a huge success in learning in the last 7-8 months.įrom there, let me move forward with our employee engagement initiative. So, all those learning sessions could be attended from home. It’s very fast, very easy and very seamless kind of thing. About LinkedIn Learning, the best thing is you can do the sessions using your mobile phone. Moving to learning and development, I think one of the biggest initiatives which we took in 2020 was bringing in LinkedIn Learning and Saba Learning platform (WeLearn). ![]() ![]() It was a good thing for FIS that in 2019 we had moved to a new performance management system, which made the process very-very smooth. From there, let's move into performance management. ![]()
